How do I measure my horse/pony for fitting a rug?
The fit of your rug is extremely important in order to ensure the comfort of your horse and to prevent rubbing and slippage of the rug. As horses of the same height at the wither come in a variety of shapes and sizes, it is useful to take certain measurements of your horse.
Measure the distance from the centre of the chest across the point shoulder to the centre of the tail. Take 4" off for a Turnout and 7" off for a Stable. Using this guideline will mean that your horse will probably require one size larger for his turnout rug than for his stable rug. Rugs are sized in three inch increments. This measurement refers to the distance from the centre of the chest to the rear of the quarters where you expect the rug to finish.

What methods of payment do you support?
We use Paypal for all our payments. Paypal offers a fast, secure and safe method of payment that enables you to pay without the need to share your private financial information with us.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Delta via PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account or to sign up for one to make the card payment. Credit card payments are powered by the PayPal payment system which means that your credit card details are fully encrypted using their state-of-the-art e-payment solution. We do NOT store any credit card information in our database as it is all handled externally by Paypal.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK only. We cannot accept orders from overseas.
What is the delivery charge?
Orders over £100 are delivered FREE. Under £100, we charge a variable rate depending on the weight of your order. You will be able to see the exact delivery charge by clicking the Estimate Shipping button on the shopping cart page once you have added items to your basket. All items are sent by Royal Mail.
How long till I get my stuff?
We aim to despatch all orders in 5 - 10 working days, though some out-of-stock items may take slightly longer. If there is any delay to your order we will email you and let you know. Your order will be despatched using Royal Mail whose normal delivery is 3 - 5 days.
How can I check on the status of my order?
You will receive emails as your order goes through the various stages on our system. You can check your order status at any time by clicking on the My Account link at the top of every page where you can view the status of your present and past orders. Once your order status changes to "Dispatched", that means we have sent your order.
What happens if the item I want is not available?
Very occasionally, due to unexpected demand, a product you have selected may be unavailable. If this is the case we will suggest an alternative or confirm when the product will be available or you may cancel the order.
