Payment
We use Paypal for our online payments. Paypal offers a fast, secure and safe method of payment that enables you to pay without the need to share your private financial information with us. Using Paypal allows us to accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Delta. You do NOT need a PayPal account or sign up to one to make a payment.

We reserve the right not to do business with any individual or company at our absolute discretion.

Delivery
We deliver to the UK only. We cannot accept orders from overseas. Orders over £100 are delivered FREE. Under £100, we charge a variable rate depending on the weight of your order. You will be able to see the exact delivery charge by clicking the Estimate Shipping button on the shopping cart page once you have added items to your basket.

Note that we will only deliver orders to the cardholders registered address.

We aim to dispatch your order in 5 - 10 working days of receipt of cleared payment, though some out-of-stock items may take slightly longer. If there is any delay to your order we will email you and let you know. Your order will be despatched using Royal Mail whose normal delivery is 3 - 5 days. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your goods within 2 weeks of the dispatch email please contact us. Please note that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 working days have passed.

If an item is lost in the post a replacement will be sent or refund offered once the 15 days have expired. Claims for shortages or damage to the goods whilst in transit must be notified by email to us within 3 days of receipt.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a 'use or return' basis - other than where covered by your Right to Cancel below.

Return of faulty goods
All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty. If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will arrange with the manufacturer for a repair free of charge or, a replacement. A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods. Please use the form on the contact page for this stating in as much detail as possible the nature of the fault. The goods must be returned to the address given by us on issue of the returns authorisation number. Your postage charges for sending the faulty item will be refunded via the Paypal payment system.

If a returned item is found not to be faulty we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself.

Your Right To Cancel
You have 7 days to cancel the order from the day after that on which you received the goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by recorded mail or by email. A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods. The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number. The goods must be complete, as new and unused with the full, complete and undamaged retail packaging that they were sent with. If the goods are not complete, new and unused or the packaging is missing or damaged then a restocking fee may apply dependant upon any damage or loss to product or packaging.

Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk, so for your own protection please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises. During the period prior to official receipt by us of the goods being returned, the customer must look after the goods and ensure they are insured at their own cost.

Refunds will be made within 30 days via the PayPal payment system. Outgoing delivery charges will be deducted from the amount refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
